MEAT LOAF MUFFINS



meatloaf:
1 1/2 LB ground beef
2 eggs
1 medium onion
1 carrot, grated
3/4 cup oatmeal
1 TB bbq sauce
1 TB a-1 sauce
1/2 can of tomato sauce
dash of; salt, pepper, garlic salt

glaze:
1/2 can tomato soup
3/4 cup brown sugar
1/2 tsp ginger
1/2 tsp cinnamon

combine all of the meatloaf ingredients thoroughly. grease your muffin pan and divide meat mixture. bake in oven on 350* for 35-45 minutes. add glaze and cook meatloaf for five more minutes. serve with mashed potatoes and salad or vegetables.
